 Did not work!!I tried to split a large compilation MP3 by using the silence detection method (methos #3)(in fact i tried it on two different "Album" MP3 files)and I tried tweeking all the settings but it did not work! It appeared to be finding the split points and then splitting them but when I went to the output folder it was empty?

Able to create individual mp3 from one mp3...I had a large mp3 file that had 10 songs on it. I used Slice to split it up, but I had to do it manually because the auto feature did not work (there were silent passages in the music). The manual option is not on the main GUI, so I had to search for it off the regular menu, and found it OK. Then I found that I was downloading WavePad... After this I had to figure out exactly how to use WavePad, as there are so many options, but I finally figured it out OK and created individual mp3 files using these two programs together.

Good, but I like another program better!The Slice Audio File Splitter Worked Descent, and overall I was satisfied but there is still another type of program that I like better. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the turn out. Social bookmarks: RSS:
